Crew
Briefed on your product, not just the floor plan.
Crew is where most events quietly fail: the stand looks right and the person standing in it cannot answer a question. Our roster is our own, trained per client, and led on site by a shift lead who reports to the producer — not to you.

How crew is deployed
Booked to a call sheet, not to a group chat.
Every deployment has a dated call sheet, a named shift lead, a uniform standard agreed in writing, and a headcount that is contractually held. Replacements are ours to solve, not yours.
Scope
Headcount, languages, shift pattern and uniform, fixed against the run of show rather than a guess.
Train
Product and message training with your team before day one, so the first visitor is not the rehearsal.
Deploy
Shift leads on every deployment, daily numbers reported by 21:00, and cover held in reserve.
Tell us the date and the number in the room. We will tell you what it takes.
Send a brief and a producer replies within one working day with feasibility, a crew outline and an indicative budget — before anyone asks you to sign anything.
