Event production & crew
We produce exhibitions, conferences, launches, gala dinners and sports events across the Gulf and the Levant. One team holds the build, the crew and the run of show — so you hold one number instead of nine suppliers.
Eight disciplines
Most clients arrive with one of these and leave with three. The crew, the freight and the show-calling are the same underneath — only the room changes.
Stand design and fabrication, freight and customs, install and dismantle, plus the stand crew who actually talk to visitors for the full run of the fair.
Stand build & stand crew CORTown halls, sales kick-offs, offsites and staff awards. Registration, room, AV and catering handled as one line item rather than five suppliers.
Internal & client-facing ACTMall, retail and street activations. Kiosk build, trained promoters, sampling logistics and daily reporting on reach and conversion.
Retail, mall & street LUXPrivate and closed-door formats where discretion is the specification. Vetted crew, NDAs as standard, no photography without written clearance.
Discreet by default CNFPlenary and breakout rooms, speaker management, registration desks, simultaneous interpretation and the AV package that keeps sessions to time.
Plenary, breakout & AV LNCReveal mechanics, press handling, embargo management and the rehearsal schedule that makes the moment land the first time it is attempted.
Reveal & press GALSeating plans that survive late changes, service timed against the run of show, awards choreography and a stage that clears between courses.
Service timed to show SPTTournaments, 3x3 series and road events — court build, officials, medical cover, and live scoring and results feeds published as the games are played.
Live scoring includedCrew
Hosts, ushers, promoters and technical crew on our own roster, briefed on your product before they are briefed on the floor plan.
Front-of-house presence for fairs, galas and launches. Briefed on the client's product, not just the floor plan.
Badge printing, door control, seating and queue management for conferences and ticketed events.
Promoters and sampling crew for retail and mall activations, with daily reporting on reach and conversion.
Selected work
A travelling 3x3 series built as a brand activation: portable court, officials, medical cover and a live bracket that updated between games so the crowd and the sponsor saw the same score.
Season-long tournament delivery with the sponsor woven into the format rather than bolted onto the backdrop — court dressing, prize ceremonies and a results feed the federation could publish.
Four days of finals hospitality: VIP lounges, sponsor suites, press operations and a run of show that held through two overtime periods.
How a job runs
The order matters: scope is cheap to change at stage two and expensive at stage three.
You send the date, the room and the number in it. We come back inside a working day with feasibility, an indicative budget and what we would push back on.
Floor plans, renders and a first run of show. This is where scope gets fixed, because changing it here costs a drawing and changing it later costs a build.
Freight, customs, load-in and install against a dated schedule. You get a daily photo report from site whether or not you are in the country.
A show-caller runs the day from the call sheet. One producer is your single number for the duration — not a rota of account handlers.
Dismantle, venue reinstatement and the close-out pack: final costs against budget, crew hours, footfall and anything we would do differently.
Send a brief and a producer replies within one working day with feasibility, a crew outline and an indicative budget — before anyone asks you to sign anything.
